Fujitsu Launchpad Limited (hereinafter "Launchpad" or "the Company") has established this Privacy Policy (hereinafter "this Policy") to explain the types of personal information that the Company collects from users (hereinafter "User" or "you") of the services provided by the Company (hereinafter "Services") and how the Company uses and protects such personal information.

Any personal information that is collected and used will be based on this Policy. The Company will handle personal information in compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter "the Act") and other applicable laws, as well as the guidelines established by the Personal Information Protection Commission and the guidelines issued by relevant government ministries and agencies.

1. What personal information we collect

We may collect information about you directly from you, automatically through your use of the Services, or from third parties.

Information we automatically collect

Log data. When you use our Services, our servers automatically record certain information, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamp of your visit.

Location data. We may collect information about your approximate location, as determined from your IP address.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your personal information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside Japan and choose to provide personal information to us, please note that we transfer personal information to Japan and process it there.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

We take reasonable measures to help protect personal information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems.

8. Children's privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
