Fujitsu Launchpad Limited (hereinafter "Launchpad" or "the Company") has established this Privacy Policy (hereinafter "this Policy") to explain the types of personal information that the Company collects from users (hereinafter "User" or "you") of the services provided by the Company (hereinafter "Services") and how the Company uses and protects such personal information.
Any personal information that is collected and used will be based on this Policy. The Company will handle personal information in compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter "the Act") and other applicable laws, as well as the guidelines established by the Personal Information Protection Commission and the guidelines issued by relevant government ministries and agencies.
1. What personal information we collect
We may collect information about you directly from you, automatically through your use of the Services, or from third parties.
Information you provide

Information we automatically collect

- Location data. We may collect information about your approximate location, as determined from your IP address.

- Social sign-on. If you choose to link your account with a third-party account (such as your Google account), we may receive certain information about you from that third party.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

If you are located outside Japan and choose to provide personal information to us, please note that we transfer personal information to Japan and process it there.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

We take reasonable measures to help protect personal information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems.

You may opt out of receiving promotional or marketing emails from us by following the instructions in those emails or by contacting us as described below.
8. Children's privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

We may change this Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of this Policy.
